Responsible AI.

Virtual staging is generative AI applied to a real photograph of someone's home. We treat that responsibility seriously. Three rules we won't bend:

Disclosure is non-optional. Every staged export ships with a "Virtually Staged" badge and an EXIF tag. We don't support removing them.
No deceptive removal. We won't paint over damage, hide structural issues, or remove existing features that materially affect a buyer's decision. Furniture and decor only.
Provenance. Our base models are licensed for commercial use; our editorial moodboards are produced by named human stylists (see Editors).

We don't use customer-uploaded photos to train future models. Inputs are deleted 30 days after the staging job completes (see the Privacy Policy).
